One of our favorite times of year has arrived! With Thanksgiving falling so late this year, we found ourselves busy with preparations and excitement as soon as December came. Letters to Santa, choosing and decorating a tree, and making a Gingerbread Village were all great fun!

The month was also filled with house league basketball games for Stella-Bella.

Open Skating Fun! |
This year we joined some friends for a trip to Utica to ride on the Polar Express. A colleague let us borrow the movie so we watched it a few weeks beforehand and were excited to see what the train ride was all about. The characters provided some fun entertainment and connected our ride with the movie. A stop at AppleBee’s for dinner rounded out our daytrip. While we missed daddy our girls day was lots of fun and continued our anticipation for Christmas Day!
The Perrin’s traveled North to NY for Christmas week and we couldn’t be more excited to spend time with cousins! We filled their visit with making Gingerbread houses, going ice skating, Christmas Eve worship, Christmas Day fun, The Dora Movie, and lots of free playtime. The visit went by too fast but we were very grateful to see them.
We also had a visit from Uncle Ryan, Kasey, Conner, Rylin and Jackson!

It’s hard to believe 2019 has come to a close. We have been very blessed with good health and happy memories this year and look forward to what 2020 brings, including a 10-year old and all of the new experiences that our growing girls will bring us!
