September 2021

After an entire year of not being able to attend school regularly, school has reopened for everyone!  This has made our family so very happy!

Getting back into a routine has felt good but we certainly feel much more busy now with school, tumbling, piano, Girl Scouts, Trash Busters and Extended Day.  Despite the business of it all, we are feeling very grateful to have a schedule that feels more like it should for middle school kids.

July 2021

Just like that, Claire's first softball season came to a close with an all-level barbeque.  It was a fun time and both girls are looking forward to playing next year.

These girls spend a lot of time together being in the same neighborhood and now that swim season is upon us they take turns at each others pools enjoying the sunshine!

Fourth of July Festivites: Fireworks at Makala's on the 3rd, and backyard shenanigan's with neighbors on the 4th!

Randy turns 40!

Stella and her friend Bri both signed up for a day camp in Essex, VT this summer so Randy took the girls for the week.  Claire and I joined them the weekend before so we could visit with friends and spend some time at North Beach.  It was a great weekend away full of bowling, arcade fun, shopping, sunshine, and we even checked out a Lake Monsters Baseball Game!

Late Sunday afternoon we parted ways for the week.  Claire went to an SLC day camp that week, while Stella and Bri learned a lot about the game of basketball.
