June 2022

We kicked off June with a family party celebrating Aunt Sissa, Skye, and Mike Dafoe. It was fun seeing lots of friends and family together. 

It's the end of the year and Claire tells us this is when they get to do the "fun projects" like this one:

 

The 6th Grade participated in "Rocket Day", which we learned is a long-standing SLC tradition!

Dinner afterward at Eylands with friends made for a fun end of the evening! 

With the end of the year things started to make their way home, such as this succulent "pinch pot" Stella made in Art class:

DIII won their softball championship and then a few of the girls got together for an end-of-year sleepover while Claire had Makala over for the night. Stella sure was tired out from all of the excitment and fun!

We wrapped up the month of June with a 3-night Girl Scout Trip to the Corning Museum of Glass, Kalahari Waterpark, and Wonder Works at Destiny USA. Everyone had a great time!

We are all looking forward to lots of summer fun ahead!
