A trip to Barnes & Noble so Claire could use the giftcard Grammie & Pa gave to her for her birthday - she was very excited and had a hard time choosing. They even had a display of one of her favorite book series.

We spent Black Friday saying goodbye to our old man van. It was bittersweet. We did not choose this day because there were any great sales, the day chose us when the glass window pane no longer stayed in place. Since we were getting close to replacing this old thing anyway, we opted not to fix it!
One of my favorite things about the holiday season is advent, finding joy leading up to Christmas day. This year the girls bought each other little treats from Temu and Shein and on December 1st started this family tradition.
