Girl Scouts and Awana both started up again! In Girl Scouts, we learned about the law and promise, and decorated pumpkins.
We celebrated with mommies friends with dancing and fun at Laurie's 60th Birthday Bash!
Columbus Day Girl Scout Field Trip: We went Apple Picking at the Parishville Orchard where we were entertained by some lively fish. Then we drove over to Stone Valley Trail for some hiking.
Stella wanted to make some DIY unicorn bath bombs for Claire-Bear's birthday gift:

Mom had another night away for work and had dinner out at a really fancy restaraunt and even tried caviar!
Claire-Bear turned 7! While we won't have her weekend away party for a few more weeks we celebrated with dinner and cake at Grammie and Pa's!

While cleaning off our desk I stumbled across this precious note from over the summer!
In case you were wondering, no, we did not go to McDonald's for dinner that night...
I wasn't able to capture any decent pics form the SLC Halloween Parade but the girls enjoyed their half day at school and we spent the afternoon together before they went off on their separate ways to trick-or-treat - Stella with Bri and Claire with Makala. They had great fun!
Claire had some time alone at home just before trick-or-treating. While she acts like she wants to be 17 some times, she's definitely a sweet 7 year old child who needs to be encouraged to be a kid!
Both girls played youth basketball again this year and loved being with their friends in the gym!
