Stella also attended her first golf tournament today. Daddy was invited to play in the Malone Member Guest. The Club really puts on a show at the conclusion of the tournament with an All-Family reception complete with passed hors d' oeuvres and cocktails, a buffet of yummy snacks and desserts, a shoot-out competition, a penny raffle for the kids, and awards for the weekends best players. Stella loves to watch people and enjoys the outdoors so she had a great time!
Lastly, Stella talked to her Aunt Patti on the phone today. She chatted right back at her and it was sooo precious! We can't wait for the time when she talks to us on the phone too (Mommy usually checks on her @ lunch time, but she's never responded like that!).
Parenting is great! Every day there is something new! The moments only get better!

ReplyDeleteRob & I have had a card sitting here for you since we heard about the passing of your precious little boy but could never find the right words to put in it and send out..We followed your pregnancy through Grandma Tina at Subway (I was pregnant at the same time...Rachel was born on 2/9/2010)..We hadn't seen Tina for quite awhile before we had Rachel or after we had her. Anyway, the first we heard about your difficult time, sadly was when we saw that Trey had passed on...Then we thought, well we should go to the funeral home, but didn't have the strength to do that...I can't even begin to imagine what you & your families have been through or express how deeply sorry we are for the loss of your little beautiful boy....Stella is a beautiful little angel and we are sure you are very proud of her...Trey will live on in your hearts & through Stella..Love, Robert & Patti Day
Hi Ya; You have one "Gorgeous" little lady there! I have a feeling that She will drive a golfball very well. And, from swinging that club she is going to develope one hell of a slap shot and become a great hockey lady with the Skating Lady Saints!!! Give Her a hug for me ok. Stay safe, have fun......
